A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 32·8 perches, situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lot 91, D.P. S. 903, being part Section 11, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 1015, folio 228, Auckland Land Registry.
