Land Added to Tree-planting Reserve in Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto being closed road and land reserved under subsection (6) of the aforesaid section 29, to be added to the adjacent tree-planting reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28 perches, situated in Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District, Otago R.D., being Section 110 and comprising 22·1 perches, being formerly closed road, and 5·9 perches, being part of Section 89 and being land reserved under subsection (6) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948.
SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 320 acres 3 roods 27 perches, situated in Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District, being part Section 88. (S.O. Plans 855, 12119, 12253, 12396.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Health Purposes (District Nurse’s Residence) in the Borough of Alexandra
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38·18 perches, situated in Block XXII, Town of Alexandra, Borough of Alexandra, being Lot 1, D.P. 7470, and being also part Sections 5 and 6. Part certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 242, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1960.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land in the Borough of Hokitika, Westland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
1 2 0·3 Reserve 2051.
2 2 0·5 Reserve 152.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 5 acres and 1·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Hokitika, Westland R.D., and being Reserve 108.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160901 (S.O. 4854) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of February 1960.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 24 perches, situated in Block II, Mawheranui Survey District, being Sections 271 and 251, Town of Ahaura. All certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 30, Westland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1960.
