All that portion of road situated in Block II, Okaka Survey District, Hobson County, commencing at a point at the easternmost corner of Section 35 and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 120 links and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 36; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 943 (S.O. 41879) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

At the Government House at Wellington this 14th day of September 1960
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of road situated in Block X, Whakamaru Survey District, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 43, Block X, Whakamaru Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 77 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 981 (S.O. 39862) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 7, Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 53 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 981 (S.O. 39862) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked C-D.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 6, Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 80 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 981 (S.O. 39862) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked E-F.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Marlow Road in the City of Auckland, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66ft, but not less than 45ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 57 to 80 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 1049 referred to in the said Schedule hereto within a distance of 15ft from the side line of the said street.

That proposed street in the City of Auckland containing by admeasurement 2 roods 2Β·6 perches, more or less, being part Lot 5, D.P. 19071, and part Lot 4, D.P. 28376, being part Allotments 277 and 278, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1049 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Calvert Road in the City of New Plymouth, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66ft, but not less that 40ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1 to 12 (inclusive), 14, 15, 16, and 28 to 36 (inclusive) of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 72 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15ft from the side line of the said street.

That proposed street in the City of New Plymouth containing by admeasurement 3 roods 9Β·6 perches, more or less, being part Lots 156, 157, and 158, D.P. 1792, and part Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 7215, being part Section B, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 712 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 7th day of September 1960

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 7th day of March 1960, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto within a distance of 5ft from the side line of the said street.
FIRST SCHEDULE
The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the north-western side of the portion of McFarlane Street, adjoining part Section 373, Town of Wellington, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 575, folio 110, Wellington Registry; as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
The north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Wellington known as McFarlane Street, fronting part Section 373, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 479 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
