Authorising the Construction of the Te Maunga-Mount Maunganui Motorway in the Tauranga County and the Borough of Mount Maunganui

At the Government House at Wellington this 14th day of September 1960
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a motorway to be known as the Te Maunga-Mount Maunganui Motorway commencing at a point approximately half a mile south-west of the point of termination of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway (as defined in the Proclamation defining the middle line thereof published in Gazette, 17 September 1959, No. 56, page 1295) and proceeding thence in a northerly direction towards the Mount Maunganui Branch Railway; thence parallel with the said railway to Hull Road in the Borough of Mount Maunganui.

The Lincoln Cemetery Order 1960

At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of August 1960

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Lincoln Cemetery Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The Paparua County Council is hereby appointed to be trustee of the Lincoln Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have control and management of that cemetery under and for the purpose of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
- (1) The delegation to the Paparua County Council of the power of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery, made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933,* is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended by omitting from the second column of the Schedule the word βLincolnβ where it appears opposite the reference to the Paparua County Council in the first column of that Schedule.

LINCOLN CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing 7 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being Reserve 2404, Block I, Halswell Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan red map 83 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Boundaries of County of Makara and Borough of Petone Altered

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- As on and from the 1st day of October 1960 the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Makara and included in the Borough of Petone.
- The alteration of boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF MAKARA AND INCLUDED IN BOROUGH OF PETONE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 22 acres and 27 perches, more or less, being part Section 78, Hutt District, situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, and bounded towards the north by Section 39, Hutt District, and Titiromoana Road; towards the south-east by Recreation Reserve, being Lot 1, D.P. 15895, and Lot 1, D.P. 15865, by part Section 2, Subdivision S of Section 1, Hutt District, and by Section 104, Hutt District; towards the south-west generally by that part of Section 78, Hutt District, contained and described in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 181, Wellington Registry.

The Ettrick Rabbit District Order 1960 (Notice No. Ag. 7094)

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Ettrick Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Ettrick Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 5th day of February 1947,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE ETTICK RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District and Tuapeka County containing 95,240 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing in the north-western corner of Section 18s, Wescott Settlement, and proceeding generally easterly along the northern boundaries of Section 18s aforesaid and Section 17s, Wescott Settlement, to the north-eastern corner of that Section 17s; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 17s to the north-western corner of Section 1132R, Block I, Benger Survey District; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that Section 1132R and its production to the south-western boundary of Section 8, Block I, Benger Survey District; thence generally south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of that Section 8 and the south-eastern boundary of Section 86, Block I, Benger Survey District, and its production, to the right bank of the Clutha River; thence generally south-easterly along that bank of that river and its production to the middle of the Blackcleugh Burn; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of the Blackcleugh Burn to the southern boundary of Block XX, Crookston Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Block XX, to the south-western corner of that Block XX; thence generally north-easterly along a right line due west of the south-eastern corner of Block XIX, Crookston Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Block XIX, to the south-eastern corner of that Block; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Block XIX aforesaid to the northern side of an unsurveyed road passing through State forest and Run 708; thence generally south-westerly along the north-western side of that road to the south-western boundary of Run 708; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary and northerly along the western boundary of Run 708 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-western corner of Section 11, Block XVI, Crookston Survey District; thence generally easterly, northerly, and westerly along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of Section 11 aforesaid to the eastern boundary of Block XIII, Crookston Survey District; thence northerly along that eastern boundary of Block XIII aforesaid and the eastern boundary of Section XVII, Crookston Survey District, to the north of Section 13, Block XVII aforesaid; easterly along the northern boundary of that
