Government in the City of Wanganui

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of
the General Government; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
September 1960.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22 perches situated in the
City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Section 149,
Town of Wanganui. Part certificate of title, Volume 502, folio
18, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Westport
Borough Council by Alberta Louise Barr, of Westport, widow,
under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 3038,
Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for buildings of the
General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September
1960.

apart for agricultural purposes (fumigation station); and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of September 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 305
of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the provision of amenities
for the health, amusement, and instruction of the public and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of September 1960.
