Land Taken for the Purposes of River Protection Works
in Block XV, Invercargill Hundred
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of
river protection works and shall vest in the Southland
Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 19th day of September 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres situated in Block
XV, Invercargill Hundred, being part Sections 2 and 27,
and being Lot 2, D.P. 3475. All certificate of title, Volume
152, folio 152, Southland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of September 1960.

I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of September 1960.
