A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 179302, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, together with and subject to the rights as to overhanging eaves created by conveyance No. 149957, Wellington Land Registry, and subject also to the drainage and other rights created by agreement No. 66840, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school, and that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land and to convey sewage through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1960.

All that piece of land containing 3 roods 31•2 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 6, Block VI, Hetana Hamlet; coloured yellow on plan.

All that piece of land containing 3•27 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi S.D., Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 38004, being part Section 6, Block VI, Hetana Hamlet; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 685 (S.O. 42147) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
