BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA
DISTRICT TOWN PLANNING SCHEME
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, public notice was given on the 4th day of August 1959 in the New Zealand Herald and Auckland Star newspapers that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Onehunga Borough was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 27th day of July 1959 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of, and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all variations of the scheme required by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board had been incorporated, and it was stated in the said public notice that the Council had also resolved that the scheme would come into operation on the 1st day of September 1959 but the Council failed to publish the said public notice in the Gazette and twice, with an interval of one week, in some newspaper circulating throughout the area affected; and whereas the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has, pursuant to section 28A of the said Act, granted the Council a dispensation from further compliance as to publicly notify its approval of its scheme and of the date on which it came into operation in addition to the public notification already given as aforesaid subject to a direction that the Council shall publicly notify in the Gazette that the said scheme came into operation on the 1st day of September 1959, now public notification is hereby given:
(1) That the Onehunga District Town Planning Scheme came into operation on the 1st day of September 1959, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board having dispensed with any further public notification in respect thereof.
(2) That copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council's Office and in the Carnegie Library, Onehunga, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

WAIHEKE ROAD DISTRICT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Waiheke Road Board District Scheme PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Waiheke Road Board, made on the 20th day of March 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Waiheke Road District. The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Board, Belgium Street, Ostend, Waiheke Island, and the Auckland Regional Planning Authority, 26 Princes Street, Auckland, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Board at any time not later than the 23rd day of December 1960. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

BOROUGH OF OATAHUHU
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Otahuhu Borough District Scheme PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Otahuhu Borough Council made on the 27th day of May 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Borough of Otahuhu. The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Council, Great South Road, Otahuhu, and the Reading Room of the Public Library, Hall Avenue, Otahuhu, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part shall be in writing in Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 16th day of December 1960. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

WAIRORA COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that section No. 2 (Mahia-Opoutama) of the Wairoa County District Scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, was approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 7th day of June 1960, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 30th day of September 1960.
Copies of the scheme approved have been deposited in the Council's offices and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Devonport Borough Council made on the 29th day of April 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Borough of Devonport. The scheme has been deposited in the offices of the Devonport Borough Council, Victoria Road, Devonport, and at the Devonport Public Library, corner of Victoria Road and King Edward Parade, Devonport, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 16th day of December 1960. NOTICE OF CONSENT TO SPECIFIC DEPARTURES FROM THE CITY OF NELSON DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has consented to specific departures from the city's operative district planning scheme as follows:
(1) To change the zoning of the land described hereunder from "Commercial C" to "Residential B".
Description of Property-Lot 1, D.P. 1007, being part of Section 647, City of Nelson, and known as No. 50 Waimea Road.
(2) To permit the land described hereunder having a frontage to Tosswill Road, Tahunanui, to be used for "Residential A" purposes and by permitting the issue of a building permit accordingly, notwithstanding that the said land is situated within a "Commercial A" zone.
Description of Property-Lot 26, D.P. 3699, and being part of Section 12 of the District of Suburban South.
