A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 12th day of September 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 16 perches situated
in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District, being Sections 2 and 3,
Block VI, Township of Waiau. All certificate of title, Volume

situated in the City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., being

more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 855
(S.O. 6695) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 37 perches
situated in Block VI, Awa-a-te-Atua Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being part Lot 9, Allotment 3, Matata Parish; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 153 (S.O. 40322) deposited in the office of the Min-
ister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
