Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve No. 1679 set apart by Proclamation dated the 29th day of April 1919, and published in Gazette, 8 May 1919, Volume II, page 1286, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Reserve 1679, situated in Block I, Poerua Survey District: Area, 23 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/98/5A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 4669.)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being portion of provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the 4th day of March 1924, and published in Gazette, 6 March 1924, Volume I, page 619, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 3 roods situated in Forest Hill Hundred, being part of Sections 75, 140, 154, 155, 157, 172, and 260, and part of closed road running through Section 140. All certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 23, Southland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1960.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 0Β·8 perches situated in Block XV, Hundalee Survey District, being part Section 6; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 942 (S.O. 4390) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 5 perches situated in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Pautouto No. 2A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 929 (S.O. 42177) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
