Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Dunedin
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0·4 perches situated in
Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City
of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 5, D.P. 4049, being
part Section 2; as the same is more particularly described on
the plan marked P.W.D. 160867 (S.O. 12659) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of August 1960.

Easement Over Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone
Exchange in the City of Auckland
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken
for an automatic telephone exchange over the land described
in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the
full, free, and uninterrupted right, liberty, authority, and
license in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, relay, recon-
struct, replace, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes
through, under, and across the said land for the purpose of
conveying storm water and to convey storm water through,
under, and across the said land; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
August 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Rangitoto
Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described
as follows:

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall
vest in the Bay of Islands Electric Power Board as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of
August 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 18 perches
situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and being Taraire 2t 2 Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151176
(S.O. 39357) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water
power (Te Awamutu substation).

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Puniu Survey
District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

protection works and shall vest in the Southland Catchment
Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of 1960.
