COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Christchurch
Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Being
6 1 1·8 Part Rural Section 280 and part Lot 42, D.P.
691, being part Rural Section 280; coloured
sepia on plan.
10 3 7 Part Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 7482, being part Rural
Section 290; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 0·6 Part Rural Section 280; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·3 Part Lot 42, D.P. 691, being part Rural Section
280; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 877 (S.O. 9690) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 25 perches
situated in Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, Town District of Te Kauwhata, Auckland R.D., being Section 53, Town
of Te Kauwhata. All certificate of title, Volume 1237, folio
85, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

situated in Block VII, Spaxton Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., being part Lot 5, D.P. 1229, and being part Rural
Section 28681; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 689 (S.O. 9685) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, of part Allotments 9, 10,
and 11, of Section 28, City of Auckland. All certificate of title,
Volume 13, folio 174, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 15th day of August 1960.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Alfred James Dickens under and by virtue of
deferred payment licence, Volume 1184, folio 76 (Auckland
Land Registry), is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
North Auckland Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·8 perches, situated
in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 44363. All Register
