A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 2·1 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 16, D.P. 2938, being part Section 291, Town of Palmerston North. Balance certificate of title, Volume 564, folio 235, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Awatere under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 12, folio 120, Marlborough Land Registry, is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 0·34 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotments 20 and 21, Section 47, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 887 (S.O. 41875) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 1 perch situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 4244, being part Allotment 103, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 889 (S.O. 42095) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
