Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Te Kuiti

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 12·6 perches situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District, Borough of Te Kuiti, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 33, Block XIV, Te Kuiti Maori Township, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as S.O. 40230.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of August 1960.

Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 38·8 perches situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part Section 1 S, Delaney Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 867 (S.O. 40544) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of August 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6·1 perches situated in Block IV, Te Tumu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Papamoa 3A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 849 (S.O. 40284) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of August 1960.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 7·5 perches situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 202, D.P. 1695, part Heretaunga Block. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 42, folio 285.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of August 1960.
