Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 22nd day of August 1960.

Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in Block XII, Russell Survey District, for a Maori School

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Russell and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
