At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of August 1960

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
LICENCE
- This order may be cited as the Rangiora Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1960.
- Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Rangiora Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the licensee) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the Borough of Rangiora as at present constituted.
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
- The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
- This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1981.
- The Orders in Council specified in the Schedule hereto authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines, are hereby revoked.

Consenting to Stopping Road in Block VII, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 10th day of August 1960

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VII, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Brees Street in the City of Lower Hutt, Subject to Building-line Conditions

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 10th day of August 1960

THE HON. C. F. SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street off Brees Street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5 to 11 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 161340 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft, or on Lot 3, D.P. 20752, within a distance of 9 ft, from the side lines of the said street.

That proposed street situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., containing 1 rood 5 perches, being part land on D.P. 2730, being part Section 39, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161340 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the proposed access way described in the Schedule hereto shall be of a width of more than 12 ft but no more than 18 ft.
