Exempting Coal and Minerals in South Auckland Land District From the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THE coal, fireclay, and other minerals in, upon, or under the land described in the Schedule hereto are hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 33 perches, more or less, being Lot 45, Land Transfer Plan S. 6216, being part Allotment 12, Taupiri Parish, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Rangiriri Survey District, and being part of certificate of title, Volume 1298, folio 47 (mines and minerals).
