PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the

road described in the Schedule hereto.

Exempting Land in the Taranaki Land District, Block X,
Mapara Survey District, from the Operation of Part III
of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and Declaring it to be Crown
Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the
Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines
   Act 1925.
2. The said land is hereby declared to be Crown land sub-
   ject to the Land Act 1948.
   SCHEDULE
   ALL that parcel of land containing 34·9 perches, more or less,
   being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan 8484, being part Section 14,
   Block X, Mapara Survey District, and part of the land in
   certificate of title, Volume 248, folio 25 (Taranaki Registry).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 4th day of August 1960.
