COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 15th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block
V, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot
1, D.P. 5775, and being part Rural Section 3041; as the same
is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.O.W. 770
(S.O. 9693) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of August 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to drainage
rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 270500, Auckland
land Land Registry, and to the fencing convenant contained in
memorandum of transfer No. 270501, Auckland Land Registry,
for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 26·3 perches situated
in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 59, D.P. 19506 and part D.P.

at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
