Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 3·1 perches situated in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 13, D.P. 16299, being part Whakamaru Maungaiti No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 754 (S.O. 40146) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 17·5 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., being part of the land on D.P. 4643, and being part Allotment 172, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 789 (S.O. 42033) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Harry William Alexander, of Waipuku, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 163, folio 55, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 34·6 perches situated in Block IX, Huiroa Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 10 S, Croydon Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 755 (S.O. 9141) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
