Portions of Public Domain Set Apart for a Public School in the Borough of Paeroa

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of public domain situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 29·1 perches, situated in Blocks III and IV, Waimana Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 433, Waimana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 541 (S.O. 39546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1·39 perches situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 40, Wainui District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 778 (S.O. 24715) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that piece of land containing 2·05 perches situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 40, Wainui District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 778 (S.O. 24715) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
