WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a public road passing through or adjoining the several parcels of land referred to in the Schedule hereunder and situated in the Kumeu Riding of the County of Waitemata, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said council situated in the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and are open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands must state their objection in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

TIMARU CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Timaru City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening of the street known as The Terrace in the City of Timaru, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in King George’s Place, Timaru, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, King George’s Place, Timaru.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the extension of Scott Avenue in the City of Hamilton; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken under the provisions of sections 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections thereto must state their objections in writing and forward the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Municipal Offices, Worley Street, Hamilton.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Hamilton containing 0·6 perches, more or less, being Lot 18 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. S. 6171, being part of Section 419 of the Town of Hamilton East, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume S. 1732, folio 51, Auckland Registry; subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and to Special Order No. S. 176553 authorising an underwidth street.

WAIMATE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Waimate County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Waimate County Council, Queen Street, Waimate. Any persons having any well grounded objection to the proposed taking should lodge their objections in writing, within forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, to the said office of the Waimate County Council.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Waimate Survey District, being part Rural Section 4313, Deeds Register 78D 625, Canterbury Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 9604 and thereon coloured orange, being land forming part of Mill Road near Hunt Street.

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mataura Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a recreation ground; and for the purpose of such public work the lands in the Schedule hereto described are required to be taken.
All persons affected by the execution of the proposed public work or by the taking of the lands in the Schedule hereto described and who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the proposed public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Mataura Borough Council at its offices, McQueen Avenue, Mataura.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land situated in the Lindhurst Hundred containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 20 poles (5 a. 0 r. 20 p.), be the same a little more or less, being Lot 5 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill, numbered 1157, and being part of Section 3, Block IV, of the said Lindhurst Hundred, and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, register book, Volume 117, folio 203 (Southland Land Registry).
