COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2 acres and 38·7 perches, situated in Block III, Chatton Survey District, Southland R.D., and being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 691 (S.O. 6704) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of July 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 15·2 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 8554. All certificate of title, Volume 217, folio 232, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Donald Thomas Ross under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1132, folio 225 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 28·4 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, and Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 44363. All register book, Volume 1132, folio 225, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Auckland Harbour Board by Fanshawe Properties Ltd. under and by virtue of Lease No. 19556 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 6·6 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 17 and 18, D.P. 9097. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 856, folio 9, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take the land described in the Schedule hereto and also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of May 1960 and published in Gazette, 19 May 1960, No. 31, page 642, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block III, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County, in so far as it affects the areas of 1 rood 9·2 perches and 14·5 perches, fifthly and sixthly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation.
