Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in Block III, Hamilton Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block III, Hamilton Survey District, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 3624, being part Allotment 44, Parish of Tamahere. All certificate of title, Volume 1246, folio 51, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 11·8 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being Sections 385, 386, and 389, Gisborne Suburban, formerly parts Sections 216 and 217, Gisborne Suburban, and being part certificate of title, Volume 62, folio 17; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 518 (S.O. 5181) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of December 1959, and published in Gazette, 21 January 1960, No. 4, page 50, taking land, subject to and together with certain drainage rights, for the development of water power (service-man's residence) in the Borough of Gore, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to drainage rights created in and by virtue of memorandum of transfer No. 154581, Southland Land Registry, and together with drainage rights created in and by virtue of memorandum of transfer No. 156037, Southland Land Registry, appurtenant to the land first described in the said Schedule, is hereby taken for the development of water power (service-man's residence).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Henry Bertram Harrison Knight, of Wanganui, accountant, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 25829, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.
