Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks II and VI, Aongatete Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harold George Whiteman, of Waimana, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 811, folio 79, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 29·1 perches, situated in Blocks III and IV, Waimana Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 433, Waimana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 541 (S.O. 39546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
