Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block IV,
Maungaru Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block IV, Maungaru Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 9549, being part Tangiteroria Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 692 (S.O. 42137) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 25·78 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 1677, being part Whataupoko No. 4 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 63, folio 179.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to water rights granted in memorandum of transfer No. 64056, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1960.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 4·6 perches, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being parts of Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 2793, part Heretaunga Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 693 (S.O. 3210) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
