Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Taumarunui

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 12·03 perches, situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 15, Block XXVIII, Taumarunui Maori Township, shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 35950.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre 1 rood 39·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Sections 54 to 59 (inclusive), Block II, Tauhara Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, as No. S.O. 40308.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the rights of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 94592, and subject to the drainage and other rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 56768, subject also to the right to deposit earth or spoil with incidental rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 89935, subject also to the drainage and incidental rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 90460, subject also to the fencing agreements contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 90551 and 94592, subject also to the rights of way created by memoranda of transfer Nos. 94591 and 94592, and subject also to the building-line condition imposed by Order in Council 1941, all Taranaki Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 45 acres and 16·02 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 6495, Lot 7, D.P. 7399, and Lots 2, 5, and 6, D.P. 7732, being part Section 29, Fitzroy District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 214, folio 99, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of July 1960.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 39·7 perches, situated in Block II, Blackstone Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Section 62; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145016 (S.O. 11919) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 28·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Waimate, being part Lot 6, D.P. 16388, and being part Rural Section 4311. All certificate of title, Volume 637, folio 75, Canterbury Land Registry.
