CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice releasing land from the provisions of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, Bay of Islands Development Scheme, published in the Gazette, 26 May 1960, No. 34, page 707, for land “Kaihou”, read “Kaikou”, and for “11/34/718”, read “11/34/78”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods, more or less, being the block of land known as Taratahi 391c No. 1d 1, situated in Block X, Tiffin Survey District; and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 570, folio 233, Wellington Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1960.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the City of Invercargill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres, situated in the City of Invercargill, being part Section 12, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35717 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1960.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 6·8 perches, being Section 33, Block VIII, Mangaorongo Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, as No. S.O. 39648.
