Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 63 of the Maori Purposes Act 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Roxburgh East Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Roxburgh East Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 27th day of September 1921,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ROXBURGH EAST RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District and Tuapeka and Vincent Counties, containing 54,414 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Clutha River in line with the north-east boundary of Run 570, Cairnhill Survey District, and proceeding generally south-easterly to and along the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of that Run 570 to a point in line with the northern boundary of Run 262r; thence easterly to and along that boundary of Run 262r and its production to the western boundary of Run 569; thence generally south-westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along the north-western, south-eastern, and south-western boundaries of that Run 569 to its southernmost corner; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 199k to Trig. Q; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundary of Run 638 and its production to the middle of the Teviot River; thence generally westerly along the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 26s, Teviot Settlement; thence generally south-westerly to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 26s aforesaid and its production to the western side of Wright Road; thence generally southerly along the western side of that road and the western side of Smith’s Road and its production to the southern side of the Roxburgh-Millers Flat Main Highway; thence generally south-easterly along that side of that main highway and its production to the middle of Andersons Little Creek; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of that creek to a point in line with the left bank of the Clutha River; thence generally north-westerly to and along the left bank of that river to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Ida Valley Rabbit District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Ida Valley Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 9th day of February 1949,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE IDA VALLEY RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District and Maniototo and Vincent Counties containing 110,300 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Run 261Q, Upper Taieri-side Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Run 261Q, 261R, 261s, 261T, 261U, and 261V and the production of the south-eastern boundary of Run 261V to the north-eastern boundary of Run 353G; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of Runs 353G and 565 to the south-western corner of Run 587; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of Run 587 to its westernmost corner; thence due east along the southern boundary of Run 565 and its production to the western boundary of Run 587; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of Run 587 to the southern boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that Section 2 and its production to the most westerly corner of Section 10, Block IX, Tiger Hill Survey District; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section 10 and north-easterly along the south-western boundary of Section 9, Block IX aforesaid, to the southern side of Aston’s Road; thence generally north-easterly along the southern side of Aston’s Road and its production to the south-western boundary of part P.R. "D", Run 261P; thence south-easterly, north-easterly, and north-westerly along the south-western, south-eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of part P.R. "D", Run 261P, to the northernmost corner of Run 261P; thence generally easterly and south-easterly along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Run 261P to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block XII, Tiger Hill Survey District; thence generally north-easterly and north-westerly to and along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Run 261O to the south-eastern side of the Ida Valley Road; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern side of the Ida Valley Road and its production to the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block II, Poolburn Survey District; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Section 1 to the north-western side of the Moa Creek-Poolburn road; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western sides of the Moa Creek-Poolburn road, the Ida Valley back road, and the Idaburn-Omakau road to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3416, and along a right line to the intersection of the north-western side of the Idaburn-Omakau road and the south-western boundary of Section 17, Block XIII, Blackstone Survey District, and along the north-western side of the Idaburn-Omakau road and its production to the north-eastern side of the Palmerston-Alexandra State Highway No. 85; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern side of that state highway to a point in line with the easternmost corner of Run 225H; thence south-westerly to and along the south-eastern boundary of Run 225H and the south-eastern boundaries of Blocks XVIII and XVII, Blackstone Survey District, and Block VI, Poolburn Survey District, to the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block VI aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that Section 2 to the easternmost corner of Run 261H; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 261H and 261I to the southernmost corner of Run 261I and along a right line to the easternmost corner of Run 261J and along the south-eastern boundaries of Run 261J, Run 261L, Section 1, Block VIII, Poolburn Survey District, Run 261N and Run 261O to the southernmost corner of Run 261O and along a right line to the easternmost corner of Run 261P and along the south-eastern boundary of Run 261P to the westernmost corner of Run 624; thence generally south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Runs 624, 308M, and 308L to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Run 261Q; thence south-westerly by a right line to the point of commencement.
