Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks VII and XI, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of July 1960
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the day of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road, situated in Block XI, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 10, Block XI, Paeroa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 106 chains, terminating at its junction with Pukakahau Road.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 416 (S.O. 38738) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
Also all that portion of road, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block XI, Paeroa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 37 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 415 (S.O. 38736) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked D-C.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 1·7 perches, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotments 320, 378, and part land on D.P. 25436, being part Allotment 217, Parish of Waiwera; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160060 (S.O. 40909) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, and be under the control and management of the Lower Hutt City Council.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Parker Avenue in the Borough of New Lynn, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Lynn Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a sub-division of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 482 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft from the centre line of the said street.
