Stopping Government Road in Block VII, Takahue Survey
District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road
described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer
required.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 2 roods 37.6 perches, situated
in Block VII, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
adjoining or passing through Te Konoti B 1sw 3A and B 1sw 3B
Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 149263 (S.O. 38787) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of July 1960.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles
John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICTโ€”WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 119, Western Lake District, situated in Block V,
Wairarapa Survey District, Featherston County: Area, 25
acres 2 roods 15.4 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No.
93/13 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan
23442.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles
John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule
hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
SECTION 5, Block IV, Hukatere Survey District: Area, 728
acres and 28 perches, more or less. All certificate of title,
Volume 1044, folio 168. (S.O. Plan 36957.)
As shown on the plan numbered I.A. 52/497 and deposited
in the Head Office of the Department of Internal Affairs at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of
July 1960
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described
in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this
Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of road situated in Block I, Paeroa Survey
District, Rotorua County, commencing at the easternmost
corner of Section 32, Block I, Paeroa Survey District, and
proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for
a distance of approximately 70 chains to the easternmost corner
of Section 7, Block I, Paeroa Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 412 (S.O. 35900) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.
Also all that portion of road situated in Blocks I and V,
Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at a
point on the northern boundary of Section 17, Block I,
Paeroa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-
westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately
275 chains to the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block V,
Paeroa Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 412 (S.O. 35900) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked C-E.
Also all that portion of road situated in Blocks I and V,
Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the
easternmost corner of Section 12, Block I, Paeroa Survey
District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 165 chains to the
southernmost corner of Section 2, Block V, Paeroa Survey
District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 412 (S.O. 35900) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked D-F.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block XIII, Tara-
wera Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the
north-western corner of Section 18, Block XIII, Tarawera
Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly and
southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately
85 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 413 (S.O. 35902) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block I, Paeroa
Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at a point
approximately 1 chain east of the northernmost corner of
Section 29, Block I, Paeroa Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 170 chains to the easternmost corner of Section
32, Block I, Paeroa Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 413 (S.O. 35902) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked C-D.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block I, Paeroa
Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the eastern-
most corner of Section 32, Block I, Paeroa Survey District,
and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 80 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 413 (S.O. 35902) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked D-E.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block V, Paeroa
Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at a point on
the northern boundary of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block V,
and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 130 chains and terminating
at the north-eastern corner of Section 18 of the aforesaid
Block V.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 414 (S.O. 38836) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block V, Paeroa
Survey District, and Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District,
Rotorua County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of
Section 14, Block V, Paeroa Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 180 chains and terminating at the south-
western corner of Section 14, Block V, Ngongotaha Survey
District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 414 (S.O. 38836) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked C-D.
Also all that portion of road situated in Block V, Paeroa
Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the eastern
corner of Section 19 of the aforesaid Block V, and proceeding
thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance
of approximately 100 chains and terminating at the southern-
most corner of Section 23 of the aforesaid Block V.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 414 (S.O. 38836) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked E-F.
