Christchurch Survey District, Subject to a Building-line Restriction

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electrical substation site, subject to the building-line restriction contained in Notice No. 442491, Canterbury Land Registry, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1960.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 25·8 perches, situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 20126, being part Rural Section 5809. Part certificate of title, Volume 293, folio 299, Canterbury Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway, together with the water rights and other rights in connection therewith created by Transfer No. 42145, Wellington Land Registry; and I further declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1960.
