ERRATUM
IN the notice published in Gazette, 30 June 1960, No. 40, p. 855, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land subject as to parts to a building-line condition: In the last item for “0 acres 1 rood 9·14 perches, Lots 55 and 66, D.P. 19998, being part Section 71, Hutt District. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume 170A, folio 57, and Volume 432, folio 235, Wellington Land Registry,” read “0 acres 1 rood 9·14 perches, Lots 55 and 66, D.P. 19998, being part Section 71, Hutt District. CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice declaring land to be subject to the provisions of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, published in the Gazette, 12 November 1959, No. 69, page 1638, for area of “2,226 acres 2 roods 28 perches” read “2,481 acres, more or less. subject to survey.”

Declaring Lands in North Auckland and Wellington Land Districts Vested in the Auckland and Wellington Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENT 216, Okahu Parish, situated in Block VII, Tokatoka Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 22537.)

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1044L deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre, situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Lots 5, 9, 11, 18, and 20, D.P. S. 6278, being part Section 71, Suburbs of Rotorua. Part certificate of title, Volume 1727, folio 10, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1960.
