Road Closed in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, and Added to Land Held for a Maori School
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a Maori school described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 12·4 perches, situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Whirinaki No. 1 Section 2 Block and part Whirinaki No. 1 Section 2F 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160292 (S.O. 39996) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 30th day of June 1958, to be road.
