A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 6·7 perches, situated in Blocks II and III, Waioneke Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 49, Waioneke Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 529 (S.O. 41497) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of road situated in the Waioneke Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 11·3 Allotments 49 and 50, Waioneke Parish, Blocks II and III.
0 0 0·7 Allotment 49, Waioneke Parish, Block III.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 529 (S.O. 41497) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also proclaim and declare the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
