Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IVA, Turanganui Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.

Gisborne Land District
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IVA, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 0 38 Part Lot 27, D.P. 3955, being part Pouawa No. 1 Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 20·2 Part Lot 28, D.P. 3955, being part Pouawa No. 1 Block; coloured purple on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 517 (S.O. 5195) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 3·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papakura, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment E. 11, Parish of Opaheke; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 111 (S.O. 42043) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
