Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Opotiki
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 34·38 perches, situated in the Borough of Opotiki, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 3710, part Allotments 200 and 245 of Section 2, Town of Opotiki. All certificate of title, Volume 104, folio 43.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12·6 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 8, D.P. 16113, being part Allotment 27 of Section 12 of the Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 449 (S.O. 42097) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 25·1 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 45971. Part certificate of title, Volume 822, folio 195, Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

3 1 11·5 Part Lot 22, D.P. 25437, being part Allotments 5A and 149, Waipareira Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 166 acres, being Sections 12 and 15, Block IV, Ngongotaha Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 821, folio 266, Auckland Land Registry.
