A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after 18th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Patea, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Being
1 1 9·7 Parts Lot 1, D.P. 11, being part Section 73, Patea
0 0 0·8 Suburban.
4 3 36·8 Part Lot 3, D.P. 648, being part Section 73, Patea
8 2 16 Suburban.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 403 (S.O. 9144) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and and after the 18th day of July 1960.
