Land Held for a Public School Set Apart for a Secondary School in Blocks XII and XVI, Kawakawa Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, now held for a public school is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.

All those pieces of land in the Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

All that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 39·6 perches, situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Section 4, Block VII, Waiomio Village; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 35877 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for post office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government, subject as to the land first described to the leasehold estate held from Austin Grey Teulon, of Palmerston North, builder, and Elsie Gertrude Teulon, his wife, by Joseph Karl Alexander, of Wellington, cafe proprietor, under and by virtue of lease No. 27420, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.
