Adding Land to the Peel Forest Park
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Peel Forest Act 1926, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall as from the date hereof be added to and form part of the Peel Forest Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Peel Forest Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District—Part Peel Forest Park Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 20937, being part Rural Section 1413, situated in Blocks I and III, Orari Survey District: Area, 15 acres and 36·6 perches, more or less. Subject to pipeline easement appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 20937 (C.T. 830/54), created by Transfer No. 519988.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1960.

Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the Borough of Ellerslie

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for better utilisation is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 6856,
being part Allotment 7, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 528 (S.O. 42123) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1960.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject as to Part to a Drainage Easement, for Better Utilisation in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject as to Lot 19, D.P. 38463 to K. 61925, Auckland Land Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for storm water, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1960.
