Land Taken for an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925, Borough of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 18·9 Part land on D.P. 2618, being part Waiariki No. 1 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 2 16·5 Part land on D.P. 2618, being part Waiariki No. 1 Block; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 2·5 Part Lot 8, D.P. 22760, being part Waiariki No. 1 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 297 (S.O. 42059) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1960.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, subject to the drainage easements created by memoranda of transfer Nos. 35858 and 52827, Nelson Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1960.
