Land Held for the Development of Water Power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme) Set Apart for Road in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, now held for the development of water power (Lake
Tekapo Power Scheme), is hereby set apart for road; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 4th day of July 1960.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 33·1 Part Reserve 2949.
0 0 3·1 Part Reserve 2946.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161519 (S.O. 9537) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 16th day of June 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development
of water power (Livingstone Substation); and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
4th day of July 1960.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 10·7 perches,
situated in Block VII, Maerewhenua Survey District, Otago
R.D., being part Section 48; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161059 (S.O. 12782)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
4th day of July 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 42 acres 3 roods 35·3
perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District,
Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 14961. Balance

Registry.

hereto is hereby taken for forestry purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
4th day of July 1960.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Wairarapa
Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
724 0 0 Part Lot 1, D.P. 6965, being part Sections 458, 459, 460, 461, 462, and 463, Featherston Suburban; coloured blue on plan.
2 3 32 Part Section I, Western Lake District; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 366 (S.O. 23923) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
