A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 33·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being part Section 42, Porirua District, part being also Lot 57, D.P. 2012. Balance certificate of title, Volume 178, folio 66, Wellington Land Registry.
