A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 27th day of June 1960.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Danne-
virke, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

of Petone, and Previous Proclamation Revoked in Part

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation, dated the 4th day of April 1960 and
published in Gazette, 7 April 1960, No. 23, at page 458, taking
land for an occupational health clinic in the Borough of
Petone, in so far as it affects the land first described in the
Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for an occupational health clinic; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 27th day of June 1960.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·01 perches, situated in the
Borough of Petone, Wellington R.D., being part Subdivision
19c of Section 3, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161032 (S.O. 24526)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 14th day of June 1960.

that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee
by Ada Alice Markland, of Greymouth, widow, under and by
virtue of memorandum of lease No. 2662, recorded in register
book, Volume 34, folio 249, Westland Land Registry, is hereby
taken for police purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of
June 1960.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17·9 perches, situated in
the Borough of Greymouth, being Lot 1, D.P. 248, being part
Section 262, Block XV, Greymouth or Mawhera Maori Reserve.
All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 34, folio 249, Westland
Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New

hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power
(depot).

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre, situated in the
Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 7,
Block XXXI, Taumarunui Maori Township. All certificate of
