A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th
day of June 1960.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 3 roods 6 perches,
situated in Block I, Moutere Survey District, Wellington R.D.,
being part Section 270, Township of Foxton; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 144
(S.O. 24162) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
