HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the Ashburton County Council stopping
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road situated in Block X, Ashburton Survey
District, Canterbury R.D., containing 1 acre 2 roods 36
perches, adjoining or passing through Section 1 and Section
15, Dromore Village Settlement; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 216 (S.O.
9598) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby orders and declares that the portion of the road
described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date
of this Order in Council, become County road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road, situated in Block IX, Atiamuri Survey
District, Taupo County, commencing at the north-
eastern corner of Section 14, Block IX, Atiamuri Survey
District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 106 chains to its
junction with the Mokai-Atiamuri Road at the north-eastern
corner of Section 18, Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 168 (S.O. 39496) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lanes
described in the First Schedule hereto and the access way
described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, vest in and be under
the control and management of the Kawerau Borough Board
of Commissioners.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Otorohanga Rabbit
District Order 1960.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Otorohanga Rabbit District, which
was constituted by Order in Council on the 3rd day of May
1934, are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the
commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said
district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE OTOROHANGA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District and the
Otorohanga and Waitomo Counties containing 120,600 acres,
more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the con-
fluence of the Moakurarua Stream and the Waipa River in
Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, and proceeding south-
erly generally up the middle of the Waipa River to a point
in line with the northern boundary of part Otorohanga Q2
(Gravel Pit Reserve); thence along a right line, to and
along the western and southern boundaries of the Otorohanga
Borough as described in Gazette, 1953, page 1515, to its
south-eastern corner; thence again southerly along a right
line being the western boundary of Lot 29, D.P. S. 1414,
produced to the middle of the Waipa River; thence up the
middle of that river to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Rangitoto Tuhua 25, Section 5B, in Block VII,
Pakaumanu Survey District; thence westerly generally along
a right line to and along that northern boundary to and
down the middle of the Mahorehore Stream to and north-
westerly generally down the middle of the Mangaokewa
Stream to and along the middle of Somerville Road, the
middle of the Hamilton - Te Kuiti State Highway, the middle
of the Te Kumi - Te Anga Main Highway and the middle of
Fullertons Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of part Kinohaku East 1F 29D; thence northerly along a right
line to and along the south-western boundary of Kinohaku East
1F 29B 1, the south-western boundary of Section 26, Block
XV, Orahiri Survey District, and again along the south-
western boundary of 1F 29B 1 aforesaid and that boundary
produced to and northerly generally down the middle of the
Mangapu Stream to a point at the end of right lines bearing
92° 09' distant 1673.3 links and bearing 100° 43' distant 50
links from the south-eastern corner of Section 14, Block
XV, Orahiri Survey District; thence westerly along those
right lines to and along the eastern and northern boundaries
of Section 14 aforesaid to and along the northern boundaries
of Sections 11, 10, and 9, Block XIV, Orakiri Survey District,
crossing and recrossing the intervening Fullertons Road and
the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of
Fullertons Road; thence northerly generally along the middle
of that road, the middle of the Hangitiki-Caves Main Highway,
the middle of Lemon Point-Caves Main Highway, the
middle of Tapuae Road to and westerly along the northern
boundary of Hauturu East B 2 No. 2F 1 to and northerly
generally down the middle of the Moakurarua Stream to
the point of commencement.
