Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Appointment of Members of Government Service Tribunal

Wilfred Fosberrey Stilwell, Esquire, M.C., V.D., of Wellington, a Judge of the Court of Arbitration, as Chairman; and
George Thomas Bolt, Esquire, C.M.G., of Wellington, as the Government member, in place of Berkeley Lionel Dallard, Esquire, of Wellington; and
James William Gideon Davidson, Esquire, of Wellington, on the joint nomination of the Service organisations.

Milton Arthur Watts (on the nomination of the Wellington Registered Poultry-keepers Association Incorporated) and Joseph Maxwell Powell (on the nomination of the Canterbury-Westland Registered Poultry-keepers Association Incorporated)
to be members of the New Zealand Poultry Board for a period of two years commencing on the 1st day of June 1960.
