in the City of Dunedin at a width of less than 66 ft, but not
less than 40 ft, Subject to a Condition as to the Building
Line

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
authorises the Dunedin City Corporation to permit the laying
off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at
a width of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to
the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the
plan marked P.W.D. 161512 referred to in the said Schedule
within a distance of 18 ft from the side lines of the said street.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
That proposed street in the City of Dunedin, containing by
admeasurement 35·4 perches, more or less, being part Section
124, Wakari Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161512 deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

IN COUNCIL

a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
That proposed street containing by admeasurement 1 rood
10 perches, more or less, being part Lots 21 and 22, Block
VIII, D.P. 800, being part Section 8, Block III, East Taieri
Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 161513 deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Consenting to Stopping Road in Block IX, Cambridge Survey
District, Waipa County

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the Waipa County Council stopping the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 13·5
perches, situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District,
Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment
151 and Allotment 152, Pukekura Parish; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 83
(S.O. 39836) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Omata District.

0 0 22·1 Lot 1, D.P. 2406, being part Section 61, and part
Lot 1, D.P. 3053, being part Section 44, Omata
District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
