A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold
Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described
in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
All those pieces of land situated in the Waihola Survey
District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

XVII, and Section 4, Block XV.
0 2 7 Closed road adjoining part Section 2, Block
XVII, and Section 3, Block XV.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 161514 (S.O. 12761) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
