1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
